Why should I create an Artisan Yarns account?

Many reasons! First of all, you'll get 10% off your first order.

You will also receive announcements about new products and sale items, blog and podcast entries, and other such newsworthy items.

As we continue to grow, we strive to bring you yarns that unleash your creative side and feature patterns that are classic yet stylish, chic and fun! Many of our yarns are unique and hand-made in limited quantities. Learn about them or pre-order kits so you can get them before they sell out.

 

 

Can I save items in my shopping cart?

YES! Sign into your account, and everything that you add to your cart will be saved for future reference or purchase!

Also, when you come back to shop and add items to the cart before logging in, the cart will merge those items with your saved items. You can also delete items and modify quantities at any time.

 

Can I change my password?

Yes! After you login to your account, you can change your password under the "My Account" section.

 

 

How will I receive billing statements?

Statements for orders and shipping will be sent electronically, unless you request a paper copy. This is to save on paper waste.
